Vaughan's Women's Muay Thai Community.

I’ll help you sharpen your technique, build strength and push your limits so you feel confident and powerful, both in and out of the gym.

You can get strong at any point in your life - you just have to start.

Group Class Lessson Structure

Each week, our group classes focus on a different part of Muay Thai - from striking fundamentals to partner drills and conditioning circuits. If you’re interested and ready to explore a more realistic fighting style, you’ll also have the option to try controlled sparring in a safe and supportive setting.

Whether you’re a beginner or have experience, every session is designed to help you build skill, confidence, and strength at your own pace.

Class size & Community

Classes range from 3 to 15 women, giving you the right balance of personal attention and group energy. You’ll train alongside other motivated women in a supportive environment where everyone pushes each other to improve.

Private Training

If you’re looking for a more personalized approach, personal training is fully tailored to your goals. You can book a single session if you just want to try it out, or choose a package if you’re ready to build and progress over time.

Each one-hour session includes stretching, warm-up, shadowboxing fundamentals, pad work and a strength & conditioning plan designed specifically for you.

Semi-Private Training 

Train with a friend or partner for extra motivation and accountability. It’s a great way to get a more personal training experience, similar to private sessions but more affordable.

We split the session so one of you works with me on pads and striking fundamentals while the other does a strength or conditioning circuit — then you switch. If you’re more advanced, we can also include sparring and controlled 1-on-1 drills.

Equipment and Gear

No gear? No problem! You can borrow boxing gloves and shinguards to get started, and if you decide to continue, I'll help you choose the right gear to match your needs. 

MEET YOUR COACH

My name is Anouk de Vries

I’ve been coaching for the past five years, helping women build strength and confidence through Thai boxing and weightlifting. My journey began by teaching classes in the park during the pandemic, and since then I’ve trained over 150 women across Toronto.

 

I’ll help you build strength, confidence and power - inside and out.
